Call Forward, Busy has any call received by the user while they are on the telephone to be forwarded to another phone number or extension. To enable Call Forward, Busy the user must first dial *41 to set the ten digit phone number or extension to forward the call to. Next, to enable Call Forward, Busy the user would dial *90. To disable Call Forward, Busy the user needs to dial *91.
