Our internet plans are built for normal residential and business use. “No data caps” means we don’t set monthly data limits or throttle speeds based on how much you use. However, internet service is shared among many customers, and it’s designed for typical usage patterns, not continuous, high-volume data transfers around the clock.
If a customer’s usage is consistently and significantly higher than expected for their plan type, or if it begins to affect the experience of others on the network, we may reach out to discuss options. In some cases, we’ll recommend upgrading to a dedicated or point-to-point (PTP) service designed for sustained, enterprise-level traffic.
To maintain reliable service for everyone, Vistabeam uses reasonable and non-discriminatory network management practices. These may include prioritizing time-sensitive traffic during periods of congestion, preventing spam or malicious activity, and monitoring performance to ensure the network runs smoothly.
