Power has been restored to our tower south of Mitchell.

Due to the fires, power has been shut off to our tower south of Mitchell, Nebraska. We will keep you posted when we have updates from the power company regarding restoration of power and internet service.

There was a short routing outage in our Denver data center the caused intermittent service to our Colorado and most of our Wyoming customers. The issue has been resolved.

We are fixing Highland Road HL3. Buffalo Creek, Conner Creek, Johnny Moore Mt, and Old Homestead with work on Peterson Ridge today.

We’ve successfully restored service in areas that experienced outages today. We are still working to gain access to our Peterson Ridge location in Walden, Colorado.

Several of our solar/wind sites went down last night or over the weekend due to the extreme cold and lack of sun for several days last week.    We should have plenty of sun today and will be making a couple of trips to clean panels and turn on generators to get the solar sites back online.

There are utility power issues at Peterson Ridge (south of Walden) that affect several sites in Jackson County and the Rob Roy site in Albany County, Wyoming.

The fiber router at Sidney is offline, most likely due to power.   It is being investigated.    All sites typically fed by Sidney are on backup connections right now.

There is an issue with the fiber that feeds our router at Akron, Colorado.   A ticket has been opened with the fiber provider.   Akron will be slow as it is going through backup connections.

Service has been restored to both Hartville and Glendo West.

Due to the weather conditions Hartville and our Glendo West sites will be down until Saturday afternoon. Our teams are dispatching in the morning to recharge batteries.

Bayard and Rolling Hills locations have been restored.

Wind surges of up to 100mph last night caused power issues for our Bayard, NE site. There are multiple outages in Bayard, and the city is working on repairs. No ETA has been provided for restoration of power service. There is also a power outage in Rolling Hills, WY. The ETA for restoration of power at Rolling Hills is 12:30pm.
