Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Vistabeam Customer Care Specialist position will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and properly distributing them
  • Greeting and assisting walk-In customers
  • Quality of service calls
  • Confirmation calls
  • Digital customer response
  • Receiving deliveries
  • Additional administrative support
