Administrative Assistant – Marketing, working in Gering, NE.
Vistabeam is an internet service provider with coverage that spans 40,000 sq miles across three states and over 100 towns. Providing great internet service to the residents and businesses of the Colorado, Nebraska and Wyoming area is our primary mission.
You will provide administrative support to the Marketing Director. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and works closely with the Marketing and Sales groups, and Vistabeam's Leadership Team.
- Provide general administrative support for Marketing to include calendar management, accounts, monthly reports, collecting and sourcing of information, meeting minutes, and other administrative tasks.
- Help with the coordination and set up for Marketing and Sales events.
- Create, manage and compile data for Marketing and assist with the creation of reports, dashboards and analytics for Marketing.
- Assist with advertising, marketing items, planning and distribution.
- High School diploma;
- Marketing and/or administrative experience;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Detailed oriented with a focus on accuracy;
- Time management skills;
- Solid written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent computer skills: spreadsheet, calendar, etc.;
- Strong initiative and ability to work autonomously.
