Billing Specialist
Vistabeam needs a teammate in our Gering office! Our Billing Specialist is primarily responsible for general billing duties and providing extraordinary customer support. This position reports to the Financial Director.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Vistabeam Billing Specialist position is responsible for:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Greet and assist walk-In customers
- Mail out daily invoices
- Process phone and walk-in payments
- Process cancellations
- Call on past due accounts
- Additional billing and administrative support as needed
