There was a short routing outage in our Denver data center the caused intermittent service to our Colorado and most of our Wyoming customers. The issue has been resolved.
We are fixing Highland Road HL3. Buffalo Creek, Conner Creek, Johnny Moore Mt, and Old Homestead with work on Peterson Ridge today.
We’ve successfully restored service in areas that experienced outages today. We are still working to gain access to our Peterson Ridge location in Walden, Colorado.
Several of our solar/wind sites went down last night or over the weekend due to the extreme cold and lack of sun for several days last week. We should have plenty of sun today and will be making a couple of trips to clean panels and turn on generators to get the solar sites back online.
There are utility power issues at Peterson Ridge (south of Walden) that affect several sites in Jackson County and the Rob Roy site in Albany County, Wyoming.
The fiber router at Sidney is offline, most likely due to power. It is being investigated. All sites typically fed by Sidney are on backup connections right now.
There is an issue with the fiber that feeds our router at Akron, Colorado. A ticket has been opened with the fiber provider. Akron will be slow as it is going through backup connections.
Service has been restored to both Hartville and Glendo West.
